I have always been a huge fan of Steven Lawson’s books and podcasts. They were so encouraging. I am nowhere as dogmatic as he is, but I agreed with most of what he would say. Who knows what was in his heart when he decided to break his wife Anne’s heart. Was he possibly a narcissist? A wolf in disguise? What was he like at home? I am sorry, but I do not blame the wife. He was led astray by satan! Plain and simple. Anne could have been keeping a secret because SL was so popular and no one would have believed her if she said SL is a narcissist. Narcissism is a real thing and many woman are suffering from these sorts of relationships and they feel alone.
No he was led astray by his own wicked heart, quit blaming Satan
King David fell into temptation, a man after God’s own heart. Dr. Lawson took his eyes off Christ, and fell into temptation, but that doesn’t mean his whole ministry was a lie. And we don’t throw anyone away.
Amen to that. Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.
