Katie Price’s Bankruptcy Struggles: Court Issues Arrest Warrant
Katie started to face the possibility of jail time and imprisonment starting in August 2003, when she was arrested for an asserted assault in a nightclub in July of the same year.
In 2013, she was given the title of “sneaky” by the Local Parish Council after she altered her temporary structure to the permanent one.
In August 2018, the mother of five had a bankruptcy hearing.
However, her hearing at the High Court was delayed, giving her a three-month extension to resolve her debts through an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA).

In February, a garnishing order was restrained where 40% of the model’s total income from her OnlyFans was forfeited for next 3 years to clear the debt she had been going through.
In October last year, Ms. Price reacted to all her court hearings by saying she was “fed up” with being threatened with legal action and would even go to jail to be “done with it all.”
The court came to discover that the 46-year-old was dealing with anxiety and depression, reported by her Personal Assistant and asked for an adjournment for at least 6 months.
According to Mr. Connell, Ms. Price had been aware of the hearing for a significant amount of time. He also believes her evidence is not satisfactory.
He cleared,
“It is clear that the evidence filed very late is of a variety that is deeply, deeply unsatisfactory and we are in a very serious situation as a consequence.”
In written submissions, Mr. Connell stated that,
“The respondent should be in no doubt that any future non-attendance without a reasonable excuse will constitute contempt of court and necessitate an application for a warrant for her arrest.”
