The 28-year-old theatre actress and ballet dancer Francesca Carocci, born in Rome, began her dance journey when she was just 5.
In 1978, she enrolled in the Ballet School of the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, where she studied under the guidance of Maestro Walter Zappolini and graduated in 1986.

Francesca Carocci’s education spanned 8 years, incorporating training in classical ballet and contemporary dance and courses on dance history led by experts Alberto Testa and Gino Tani.
She also studied dance analysis with Vittoria Ottolenghi.
During this time, she performed in both opera and ballet productions with the institution.
After her graduation, Francesca moved to New York, where she earned a scholarship to attend The School of American Ballet from 1986 to 1989 under the artistic direction of Peter Martins.
While at the school, she performed extensively, dancing many of George Balanchine’s works both with the New York City Ballet and on international tours.

In Italy, Francesca Carocci is a certified classical-academic ballet teacher who is accredited by the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma Capitale.
She received her teaching qualification under the direction of Laura Comi and Eleonora Abbagnato, two of Italy’s most prominent ballet figures.
As a choreographer, Francesca served as the Artistic Director of the “New Dance Project” in Rome, where in 2012, she directed a production of The Nutcracker at the Teatro San Raffaele.
Additionally, she has overseen numerous end-of-year performances and recitals for various dance schools, staged at venues such as the Quirino Theater and Parioli Theatre in Rome.

Francesca Carocci, a 28-year-old actress from Rome, sought medical help at the Aurelia Hospital after experiencing intense chest pain.
Despite her symptoms, emergency room doctors discharged her with only a prescription for painkillers.
Tragically, just two days later, Francesca took her last breath due to complications from an undiagnosed heart condition, which had caused a heart attack.

Her untimely d*ath in March shocked colleagues and friends who had admired her talent and spirit.
Recent autopsy results confirmed the heart condition, raising concerns about the initial misdiagnosis.
As a result, the Rome prosecutor’s office is now investigating the case, with manslau*hter charges being considered against unidentified individuals.
