I’ve read similar stories to this regarding Josh and for those that turn evil on him should realize that he was 16 facing a felony. Now here’s the thing, that DNA sample was from a toilet seat and sat for over a year before it was tested. When 2007 to 2022 rolled around, all of a sudden Josh’s case comes out of the dark to destroy his career? First off, he was a juvenile and those records are sealed. If Discovery is such a stickler for background checks, they would have spotted something a long time ago. Also in 1999 when the DNA was actually tested, DNA testing was just being introduced in the criminal justice field. Not to mention, this was the 90’s. A lot of innocent people went to prison for false claims who have now been exonerated. I never believed this story and even if it did happen, he was treated for it and turned his life around. He’s married with a kid. His father was proud of him and everything he’s done has been not just to make his dad proud but to prove something to himself.
Ask the girl and her family if they feel justice has been served. Can’t imagine the type of people you let around your own kids.

The police report resurfaced from someone close to the family and victim and outed him online, probably not appreciating seeing the criminal thriving with a good life. IMO Someone then found the police report and posted it also online. In the State of WA, juvenile records are not automatically sealed and you need to request them to be sealed. I am guessing he was unaware of that.

The first official police report stemmed from a hospital, where the 4yo girl was being examined after telling her mom he raped her her.

“When I touched [the victim] offensively, one of my purposes was my sexual gratification.”
As someone who has some experience with as a victim of sa at a young age I can still put myself in his shoes. Even tho I am 55 years old I can vaguely remember being 16 and depending on his lawyer and what he was being told to do along with evidence etc.. and of course we all know ALL WITNESSES TELL THE TRUTH right? In no way shape or form am I talking about a 4 year old here but a 4 year old has family, even 4 times removed and family friends. DNA or not, read the police report, he admitted to it all. This is one of those crimes that are unforgivable. A four year girl had to live through being raped, had to grow up with that psychological, then had to watch her rapist on tv. Her pain didn’t end at four years old they just began. So all you Josh fans, invite him over for dinner and have him babysit your kids.
