Sarah Becker, 52, California-based star of MTV’s reality series ”The Real World,” was struggling with her mental health for several months before she tragically passed away in on Sunday, 23 June 2024.
Regrettably, Sarah Becker decided to take her own life, and no one knows besides her mental illness what made her take such a big decision.
Yes, it’s one thing that she was battling with her mental health issues over the last few months; however, what triggered her mental illness still remains a mystery.
Her family has confirmed that she took her own life at her home in Illinois, which is heartbreaking for her admirers.
One year ago, she relocated to Illinois from California to care for her ill mother and sister. Before her demise, she was planning to move back to California.
Sarah enjoyed skateboarding, but recently, she had a skateboarding accident.
Hence, many believe that her skateboarding accident might have magnified her mental health status combined with the responsibility she was bearing for her loved ones.

As the news of Becker’s demise surfaced on social media, several of her friends and admirers paid tribute to her.
She was a remarkable comic book editor at WildStorm Productions during the 1990s for Gen 13, DV8, StormWatch, WildC.A.T.s, and Team 7.
Sarah, at 25, starred in the fifth season of MTV’s reality series The Real World in 1996.
On the show, she described herself as a 19-year-old trapped in a 25-year-old body.
MTV’s reality series ”The Real World” premiered on July 10, 1996, and aired 22 episodes, with the finale airing on December 4, 1996.
