Miss Maryland USA 2024 Bailey Anne Kennedy’s husband, Casey Gup, is a Naval Aviator graduate who is serving at the Naval Air Training Command in the United States Navy.
On Saturday, June 1, Kennedy, 31, made history when she was crowned at the end of the pageant in Bethesda, Maryland.
Bailey became the first Asian American, military spouse, and transgender woman to hold the title of Miss Maryland USA in 2024.
Bailey and Captain Casey married on July 7, 2019. After her marriage, she became inspired to compete in pageants.
The moment Bailey got married, she was optimistic and intuitive about upcoming positive changes in her life. She considers her military husband her lucky charm.
On Jan 27, 2024, Bailey congratulated her husband on graduating from Flight School as a student naval aviator.
Out of everyone who applied, Captain Casey was among the two selected officials to transition from Tank Commander to Student Naval Aviator.
Previously, he served full-time as an active S3 at The Headquarters Battalion.
He might be a tough and disciplined officer at work, but beyond his working hours, he is a warm and good-natured person who treats even strangers with kindness.

On February 27, 2024, on the occasion of her husband’s birthday, Bailey wished her husband with an adorable caption along with their few couple pictures.
She wrote,
