Sister Sage, a new character in Season 4 of “The Boys,” is known for her fearless honesty with Homelander and for frequently providing him with constructive criticism.

In previous episodes, she has been shown to lobotomize herself, thanks to her regenerative healing abilities regularly.

This allows her to temporarily lower her intelligence and enjoy activities like an average person. After being temporarily lobotomized, her intelligence gradually returns to its superhuman level.

However, her regenerative abilities have limits; if she is shot or injured in the heart, she can still die.

Sister Sage’s powers include empathic accuracy due to her deep understanding of psychology and hypercognition, which allows her to process information much faster and more efficiently than normal humans.

Additionally, she can hear higher frequencies, possesses excellent engineering skills, and has a photographic memory, enabling her to recall past events precisely.
