As of now, the Los Angeles-based actress Sarah Paulson, 49, is not expecting a child and is not pregnant.
Paulson has been happily married to her long-time partner, Holland Taylor, 81, since 2015.
In 2017, the People newsletter asked Sarah if kids were on the table for the couple; Sarah replied,

From the statement, it’s clear that Paulson is concerned about her age and its impact on conceiving a child. However, if the couple wishes to proceed, they can consider several options to improve their chances.

Although Paulson doesn’t have kids of her own, she’s got her furry friend for company.
Paulson and her partner, Taylor, have adopted three dogs. Their oldest, Winnie (a chihuahua, wirehaired dachshund, and rat terrier mix), joined the family in March 2020.
Next came Louise, and in 2022, they adopted another pup named George.
